Why you should drink more water

Everyone has heard it a million times, drink more water.  But rarely do people take this to heart and change their habits from either occasionally having water with meals and drinking soda’s, coffee’s and juice’s through-out the day to actually removing all of that other crap and just drinking water.

Misguided Policy: Fuel Efficiency Standards

The Obama administration recently announced its plan for increasing fuel efficiency standards between 2012 and 2016. Here’s the operative portion of the announcement:
